• Is there a posted, written schedule that shows a balanced, daily routine?

• Is there time for children to work as a group and time for children to be alone?
• Can the schedule be changed to meet your child’s needs and moods on any given day?

• Can parents drop in at any time without calling first?
• Are parents involved in making some decisions?
• Can parents speak with the director when they drop off and pick up children?

• Is there a quiet place for a baby to sleep?
• Do infants have space and freedom to play, climb, and crawl?
• Are diapers changed often and in a clean area? Do staff members wash their hands after each diaper is changed?
• Are babies fed when they want to eat and held when they’re fed? 

• Are children safely moved to and from school?
• Are children allowed to play the way they want after school is over?
• Do children have space and time to do homework?

• Do parents of other children in the program say good things about it?
• Would you be happy there if you were a child?
• Do you feel comfortable leaving your child there?

At Heavenly Playhouse, we create and operate our learning centers with quality. We welcome the chance to give your child the same quality care. That’s why we have a variety of procedures in place to help make your registration with us as smooth as possible.

To enroll your child, you must complete and sign all forms. The director’s signature must be on your enrollment agreement before your child may attend.

Throughout your child’s enrollment, please be sure to update all emergency information as needed.

Nothing matters more than the safety of your child while they are at Heavenly Playhouse. We focus on protection and preparedness in everything we do. Every classroom is equipped with security cameras.

We provide clean play areas and safe playground equipment are just as important to us as the first aid training we require for our teachers and the security procedures we enforce. You will have confidence that your child is cared for in a secure, safe nurturing environment every day.

Parents and guardians are always welcome at Heavenly Playhouse. We encourage you to visit and join in our activities. Your participation and involvement are important to us as we work as partners to provide the best care and education possible for your child.
